What do I receive after payment?
After Basic Plan checkout, you’ll receive a payment confirmation. Then you submit your app/website details via form/email. Once we receive your details, we begin development and send your HivePress Mobile App files via email within next 48 hours.
How does the Basic Plan work?
Basic Plan is a low-cost test build. You receive an APK that expires in 15 days. This is intended for testing, feedback, and initial customization discussions before starting a monthly subscription plan.
Why does the Basic Plan expire in 15 days?
The Basic Plan is designed as a trial build so you can validate your HivePress site and App experience quickly before moving to a subscription plan.
Can I request customization during the Basic Plan?
Yes. Basic customization requests are free for first-time customers until the first subscription starts (Android Plus or iOS Plus). After subscription starts, customization are not allowed.
What is considered "basic customization"?
Basic customization usually includes adjustments like theme color, splash screen, app icon, navigation labels, and simple layout settings. Requests that require deeper development or special logic will be charged if agreed.
How do paid customizations work?
If you request customization beyond what’s included, we review your request first. After confirmation, and agreement from both sides we provide a payment voucher/link. Pricing will depend on complexity and time required. We reserve the right to accept or reject any customization request.
Do you publish the app on Google Play or Apple App Store for me?
No. Publishing is customer’s own responsibility. We only provide the app files and can provide support in case if something goes wrong.
What files will I get for Android Plus?
You’ll receive APK + AAB for your HibePress Mobile App. You can use AAB to publish on Google Play Store.
What files will I get for iOS Plus?
You’ll receive the APK + AAB + IPA for your HibePress Mobile App. You must have an Apple Developer account to publish on the App Store.
Do I need my own Apple Developer account?
Yes. iOS apps require your own Apple Developer account ($99/year) to publish to the App Store. It is highly recommended to register a business account instead of individual account.
What happens if I miss a monthly payment?
If your subscription payment is not completed, access may be restricted with a maintainance banner after a short grace period. To restore service, renew your subscription.
Can I build multiple apps/Brands?
Yes, but each new app/brand requires its own plan purchase. You’ll need to purchase Basic plan again for each additional app/brand.
How do I submit my app details?
You can submit details using our form or by email. After submission, we confirm any missing information before development starts.
What do you need from my WordPress site?
In many cases we only need your HivePress/WordPress website URL and configuration preferences. For certain setup steps, you may be asked to create an admin/support user account for configuration assistance. In addition you will be required to create a firebase account and add our email “tech@doappnow.com” as admin user in firebase.
Can you refuse a project?
Yes. We may refuse requests that are unsafe, incomplete, or not technically feasible within our service scope.
Can I publish my app to app stores?
You can publish your app to app stores under your own brand name and publishing process is similar like any other normal app.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel or update your payment method anytime using billing portal.
Is there extra cost if my app scales?
Yes. As per our No Hidden Charges policy, we clearly mention the scaling cost.
Whenever users open app it fetches/syncs data from WordPress. Which requires backend server runs. We charge you for this only if your app scales, based on NOPs (Number of App Openings) per month.
For up to 100,000 NOPs per month there is no extra cost(Free).
For 100,001 to 350,000 NOPs per month you will pay 20$.

NOPs are calculated based on calendar month days (from day 1 to last day of each month), instead of exact 30 days period.

Is customization included in white label?
Basic branding is included. Additional customization is reviewed and may be paid depending on scope. After buying any White Label plan you are not allowed to change the brand name of app or home URL of your site. Such a request will not be entertained by DoAppNow.
How does support work for white label?
You get 6 months of priority support after app delivery. After that, support can be arranged if needed.
